Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Unfortunately we do not accept personal or Cashier's checks at this time.
Shipping
Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days (M-F, 9-5) of placing an order. Fabric orders (blankets,bibs, burp cloths, diaper pouches) can take upto 2 weeks to ship. All custom orders are subject to delays. Twice a year we close for a week or more. Please look on the homepage for these closures, which will effect shipping time.
We offer free shipping on retail orders over $50. Priority Mail shipping times are not guaranteed. Wholesale orders will be charged by weight. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: IF you choose Priority Mail as your shipping method, it will still be shipped First Class, we will just process your order faster. We will prioritize your order and get it out as quickly as possible, usually the next day.For all other shipping rates see below:

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Baby Bintz will give you a full refund if returned items are received within 14 days of purchase. Items returned must be unused and in original packaging. contact us at
customerservice@babybintz.com
for a return authorization #, which must be included with your return. Shipping and gift wrapping fees will not be refunded.

The safety of you and your children are our first priority at Baby Bintz. All Binkie clips are made to the industry standards in length. We strive to use the highest quality components in our products to ensure your safety.
Our products and packaging are not toys. Do not put around baby's neck, or use while unattached to clothing: may cause choking. Do not use in crib, playpen, bed, or without adult supervision. Not for use with infants older than 12 months. Prevent baby from chewing, sucking, or playing with Binkie Clip. May cause harm.
Repairs
Baby Bintz will gladly repair any broken binkie clip. Send all parts , return address, and $4.00 in a padded envelope to:
